We are seeking insight into the barriers individuals and families on low incomes face when accessing affordable housing, to help shape more responsive housing support and allocation approaches.
How organisations could get involved:
We want to better understand the lived experience of people trying to access housing, including challenges with affordability, availability, and the application process. The aim is to identify practical ways to improve access, communication, and support within existing housing systems.
