Insight Data and Information Upload
This section enables registered users from Somerset VCFSE organisations to contribute data to the insights platform for analysis and presentation. All submissions are moderated, and each data or information upload is supported with clear guidance on what can be submitted and how it will be used by the platform.
Important Note: The Insights Hub is not intended to process identifiable service user data, as this is not required for the level of analysis and presentation it provides. It is your responsibility to ensure that any files you submit do not contain information that could identify individuals. Please review the guidance carefully for details on acceptable file types and content requirements.
Upload Documents to the Knowledge and Research Hub or Impact and Social Value Library
This feature allows you to upload useful documents (in PDF format) for inclusion in the Knowledge Library and/or the Impact and Social Value Library. During the submission process, you’ll be asked to select from a range of category options to help summarise your document. These selections improve discoverability and ensure users can easily find information relevant to their needs — please take care to complete them accurately.
Activity Data Upload
Use this option to upload service delivery activity data for analysis and presentation via the Microsoft PowerBI dashboard reports

mapping Data Upload for Local Insight
The Local Insight mapping platform can be enriched with local data on VCFSE activities and services, helping to showcase the full breadth of work delivered by organisations across Somerset.
